LITTLE ABSTRACTS

As my wife Amy Howell dives deep into her own abstract world, articulating a rhythmic arrangement of colors, shapes and patterns, I am drawn to dive deep deeper into the composition of the original pieces.

My macro view of photographing and capturing fragments of Amy's imagery, textures, and mark-making has resulted in artful jewelry pendants titled little abstracts.

Each little abstract has a life of its own- an abstraction of an abstract. I invite the viewer to reach their own conclusions about what the images may represent,
